Makers of Fine artisan cyder

Peter Brooks and Mark Conquest created their artisan cyder with a passion and vision to produce a fine cyder, with only selected, locally grown apples in the heart of Cambridgeshire.
Using oak aged vats, the carefully pressed apples are left to ferment to create that quintessential Brooks & Conquest taste. This artisan cyder, produced as an annual limited edition, is individually bottled and beautifully styled.

Fen Tiger

A classic still Cyder that uses predominantly Bramley Seedlings, This Crisp, Dry blend has a sharp but refreshing flavour that evokes classic Cyder making at it's cleanest and very best.

Cambridge Gold

This complex and long finish Cyder has all the attributes of a high quality, superbly made Cyder. Left to mature in Oak to give a wonderful smokey peaty finish whilst being smooth and well balance.

Devil's Dyke

Made with a combination of English eating Apples that has a medium sweet and fragrant finish. Blended to give a lovely fruity flavour ideal for a summer quaff.
